Hidden Meadows 92026

Hidden Meadows is a unique residential community, often referred to as one of inland North County's

best-kept secrets. Most of the home sites are between 1/4 and 4 acres.  A 1500 foot altitude means a

pleasant all year round climate with ocean breezes.  Usually we are above the fog which makes for more

sunshine than coastal regions.

This cul-de-sac community with only one paved road in and out makes for less crime and very little traffic.

Dramatic views of mountains and valleys including Palomar Mountain and San Gorgonio, which is

snow-clad in winter.  We enjoy an abundance of wildlife, bright stars, stunning sunrises and sunsets.

A small town atmosphere and pastoral way of life result in truly friendly people.

Scholars Honored

The Hidden Meadows Community Foundation awarded four $1,000 scholarships on Sunday, July 18, 2010.  This year's students were particularly outstanding examples of what really good kids.  This is the tenth year in a row that the Foundation has been able to support the education of Hidden Meadows children and grandchildren.  The awardees were:

Nathan Bridges, son of Stephen & Heidi Bridges of Redstone Lane.  Nathan will be attending Arizona State University majoring in material engineering.

Donna Rote, daughter of Dean & Debbie Rote of Burned Oak Lane.  Donna will be majoring in nursing at Abilene Christian University.

Jonathan Myers, grandson of John & Jackie Monita of Sage Hill Way.  He will be majoring in business at UC Berkeley.

Kristen Green, grandaughter of Dean & Billie Hueter.  Kristen has chosen a career in journalism and will be attending Wellesley College.

The Foundation is a non profit organization that relies on your contributions to further these scholarships and other programs.  Generous community support has made this annual custom possible.  Thank you.

Resident Entrepreneurs
We are fortunate to have so many talented people living in the Meadows, many of them are in business
for themselves. We have authors, painters, plumbers, computer techs, and software developers to give
you some idea.

Instead of patronizing companies from down the hill or even from New York, why not "keep it in the family",
so to speak? If you need a plumber, for example, why not call one that lives up here?

This site now has a dedicated page for Meadows Entrepreneurs. If you are one, submit your material for
posting. There is no charge.

If you're looking for a product or a service, check out this page first: Hidden Meadows Entrepreneurs.

Sellers' Faire Web Site
