Hidden Meadows is located on the mesa above the world famous Lawrence Welk Resort. Or to put it another way, the Lawrence Welk Resort is located on the westerly side of our gentle mountain and below us. The Welk Resort on Interstate 15, includes a hotel, restaurant, dinner theater, two golf courses, many swimming pools, conference center, Lawrence Welk exhibit, shops, and time share recreation villas. Over half a million visitors come here each year to enjoy the healthful climate, use the resort facilities, and see the exhibit of Lawrence Welk memorabilia.

Home sites
The homes around the golf course are referred to as being "in the Covenant" because they are under a fair set of Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions (CC&Rs) controlled by the Meadows Homes Association. There are no tract homes in Hidden Meadows and never were. Another 500 homes are outside the covenant on acreage sites.
