Project Documentation Example:  This web site contains a substantial amount of information if you know where to look for it.  The following topic provides an example:

    A.  S01-080 - Island Residential and Oak Woodlands 1 Projects - Revised Site Plan associated with SPA 99-002; R 99-012; TM 5175RPL2; TM 5176RPL2; P 99-013RPL; P 99-014RPL; and P 79-152W7M1.  Site maps in PDF format (2.5MB each):  331EX009, 331ST002, and 331EX010. - Institutional Housing Partners (Hidden Meadows LLC), applicant.  HMCSG - Alter

Deciphering the entry, this is a voting item for the revised site plan for the Island and Oak Woodland development.  The blue, underlined "S01-080" is a hyper link to the county-supplied documentation on the project.  If you click on it, the associated PDF file will be downloaded to your browser.  You need Adobe PDF Reader to view it but this is a free utility available at:  www.adobe.com.

Some projects also have site maps.  These are the wallpaper-sized drawings that you're lucky to read up close let alone from the back of the room.  This particular project has three site maps that you can view:   331EX009, 331ST002, and 331EX010.  Note:  each one is 2.5 MB so if you have a dial up modem, go have a cup of coffee while it downloads.  The Adobe Reader will display the entire map on your monitor and allows you to zoom in 1600% giving you the ability to almost see blades of grass (not really but close).

Each agenda will contain hyper links to documentation and maps.
