ADMINISTRATIVE
ITEMS/CORRESPONDENCE:
Coultas said that he has been communicating with Supervisor
Horns office about the nomination of Claudie Matlock and Jack Cox and they
said they expect to approve both of them at their January 31st Board
meeting. The resignation of Tom Francl
was confirmed, upon installation of his replacement, Coultas also mentioned the form 700
requirement for this year due April 3.

Project Alter
Alter said that this is a 15 acre parcel to develop into 10
home sites and is already zoned properly for the project.
A neighbor, Gil Alvarado, said they had concerns about
traffic and trash pickup.
Victor Roberts, the property owner said that the traffic would not increase because
the horse ranch would discontinue and that the project is 3-7 years out. Roberts
also said that roads and trash pickup would be improved. He also said that the project was planned to
include sewer hookup.
Approved unanimously with the recommendation that a
traffic study take place for a left turn lane.
