James Greco for Meadowlake Golf
Villas and Centex Homes said:
Wants to study the project for
feasibility and that they need a community plan amendment to adjust the density
within the community. Not to exceed the 1600 unit
maximum for the Hidden Meadows area. Considering clustering, about 10 units
each
Frey said that
Coultas said that the community would have chosen high
density housing as the last choice for use of this land.
Participants mentioned saving the oaks, the need to
modernize the course and that the golf course is center of community.
Alter read a letter supporting limited development.
